Shipping Cost

Standard shipping is free on every US order. Rates for international orders are shown at checkout.

Processing Time

Most items are made to order and processed in 2–3 business days. Need it sooner? Add Rush Processing at checkout.

Delivery Time

Once shipped, US orders typically arrive in 2–5 business days via USPS. Tracking is emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

Late or Missing Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated time, contact us at support@hugeheartgifts.com. If it hasn't arrived within 60 days of purchase, we'll issue a full refund. This does not cover incorrect addresses entered at checkout or packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Returns

We offer 30-day returns from the day you receive your item, with no restocking fee. Damaged, defective or incorrect items are replaced free of charge, and we cover return shipping. Personalized items can't be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. See our Refund Policy for full details.
