WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We offer 30-day returns from the day you receive your item, with no restocking fee. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging. Personalized items can't be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
WHAT IF MY ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED OR WRONG?
Contact us right away at support@hugeheartgifts.com with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, and we cover return shipping.
HOW DO I START A RETURN OR REFUND?
